VESPER MARTINI

Channel your inner James Bond with this classic cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 oz Simplicity Gin No. 3: Rosemary & Pink Grapefruit

  • 1 oz Simplicity Potato Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

  • lemon peel

INTO THE GLASS:

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine your gin, vodka, and lillet blanc. Stir until well chilled, and then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lemon peel by first expressing the oils into the glass, then brush the rim of the glass with the peel, and then drop the peel into the glass.
