IRISH MAID
This cocktail is delicious and refreshing, perfect for a St Paddy’s Day dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Simplicity Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 slices of cucumber - two for muddling and two for garnish
INTO THE GLASS
Muddle the cucumber in a shaker. Add the bourbon, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake until chilled, and then strain into an old fashioned glass full of ice. Garnish with cucumber slices.
