STRAWBERRY HONEY LEMONADE

Sweet, tart, and refreshing - this drink is perfect for hot days and warm summer nights

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/4 oz Simplicity Gin No.4: London Dry

  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur

  • 1 oz strawberry puree

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

  • sparkling water

INTO THE GLASS:

Into a shaker full of ice, add all the ingredients except the sparkling water. Shake until chilled, and then strain into a glass full of fresh ice. Top with the sparkling water. Add a lemon slice and strawberry for garnish if desired.
