PINEAPPLE MULE
A moscow mule with a sweet and refreshing twist
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Simplicity Potato Vodka
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Fresh lime juice
2-4 oz Ginger beer
Pineapple wedge for garnish
INTO THE GLASS
Add Simplicity Vodka, lime and pineapple juice to ice-filled Copper Mug and stir. Top with ginger beer and stir again. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
