"BIG POPPA"
This recipe is found in a book for drinks inspired by hit 90s music! Channel the iconic era and bring out your boombox for this cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz Simplicity Potato Vodka
1/2 oz orange liqueur
3 - 4 oz sparkling grape juice, chilled
3 - 4 oz champagne, chilled
1 - 2 dashes of orange bitters (optional)
grapes and sugar for garnish
INTO THE GLASS:
Put the sugar in a shallow dish. Rinse the grapes, leaving them damp, and roll them in the sugar until they are coated. Set aside to allow the sugar to harden. Pour the vodka and orange liqueur into a champagne flute and add the sparkling grape juice until the glass is filled a little more than half way. Top off with champagne and add the bitters, if using. Garnish with your frosted grapes. (You can skewer these and place them on top of the glass if desired).
