JOLLY GIN PUNCH

Share in the joy of seasonal tastes with this batched cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups Simplicity Gin No. 3: Rosemary & Pink Grapefruit

  • 1 cup cranberry juice

  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup rosemary simple syrup

  • 3/4 cup orange liqueur

  • 1 bottle prosecco (optional)

  • tonic water, to top

  • cranberries, orange slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish and ice mold

INTO THE GLASS:

Start by freezing cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs in a bundt cake mold for your punch bowl - fill half way with filtered water. (Or, fill your punch bowl with ice and the garnishes). When that is set, place it in your punch bowl. Next, pour in the rest of the ingredients, saving the tonic water for topping individual glasses. Happy holidays!
