GINGER GRAPEFRUIT GREYHOUND
This drink was highlighted during an Easter Cocktail class due to it’s refreshing taste and fun orange color. Enjoy for the holiday and any time of the year
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Simplicity Gin No.3: Rosemary and Pink Grapefruit
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz ginger simple syrup
2 oz ginger beer
pinch of salt
INTO THE GLASS
Add the gin, grapefruit juice, ginger syrup, and salt into a shaker full of ice. Shake until chilled, and then strain into a highball glass full of fresh ice. Top with the ginger beer.
