KUMQUAT SOUR

A deliciously decadent drink for all lovers of gin and citrus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Simplicity Gin No. 5: Mountains of Sapa

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed kumquat juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz egg white

  • 3 splashes of angostura bitters

  • Candied kumquat slice for garnish

INTO THE GLASS:

Add the ingredients to a shaker full of ice. Shake until chilled, and then strain, and then put the drink back into the shaker without ice. Dry shake and then pour into a chilled coupe glass.
